Fox Point, Nova Scotia

Our hosts for our second night in Nova Scotia, Barb and Peter, live in Fox Point, across the water from famous Peggy's Cove.

Their home is 160+ years old and has been wonderfully decorated with antiques and Barb's lovely quilts.

They treated us to a lobster dinner, prepared by Peter. He also instructed us on the way to eat a lobster, something new to both my husband and I.

Here are the 'remains' - this one's for you Mom, Frank, Mike and anyone else who asked us 'to have one for me'!

My favorite way to eat lobster is in a sandwich. I cannot stand going through the mess of cleaning one. And it takes real love to get your spouse to do it for you!
