Exhibition in Greece

Alexandra Panagopoulou, a student in my Quilt University Fun with Paintstiks workshop, is holding her first exhibition of her fibre art at Syros Island in Cyclades at the end of August.  I 'met' Alexandra last winter and she has created some wonderful pieces incorporating some of the techniques we covered in the class. Here are a few of the pieces she will be exhibiting.

I wish I could be in Greece to see her work in person. Her pieces are creative and unique. It is so wonderful to see how students use their new skills and knowledge!
