It isn't Christmas if I don't have at least one poinsettia. Here are three small ones I put in a wire basket in our first floor powder room. The display looks even larger when they are reflected in the mirror. The 'coloured' parts aren't technically flowers but I think they still qualify for my 'Flowers on Friday' series.
My poinsettias generally just fade away after the holidays - could have something to do with lack of watering on my part! If you want to care for yours properly and try keeping it for next year
