with something 'education-focused' for the contest. I decided to keep it

I would like to take a longarm repair class. I have a machine I purchased a few years ago, and tension is a nightmare, I have lots of tops ready to complete!
My next quilting class: a color workshop given by the very talented owner of my LQS. No color wheel, just how to select fabrics that work together and why they work, plus what to add to really make the palette zing. Why? Fun, learn something useful, enjoy the class, enhance my stash...What's not to love?!
Patricia Belyea is teaching in town in a few weeks but I haven't the $ to take the class. Trying hard not to think about it.
I need to learn more about the HQ Prostitcher.
I would love to take a machine quilting class. I can do some basics, but probably would be better equipped if I took a class. Thanks for sharing the magazines.
I would love more information on long arms, what works best for people and the most easiest to keep running.
I am in full agreement with one of the other posters here. I would LOVE to have a class on color choices and fabrics selection. Not just on color pairing, but the hows and whys of fabric choices and the ways they work together. Why certain fabrics work better in certain patterns, etc. Looking forward to seeing if something along these lines pops up! Thanks Daphne!
I've been longing to take a machine quilting class that deals with the proper needles, changes in tension, feet attachments, as well as the actual machine stitching. Something hands on, with my own machine, not just demonstration on a teachers machine.

You really got me thinking with this question. I think what I woudl REALLY like is an introductory class on use of the Sweet Sixteen machine....of course that would require that I first purchase a Sweet Sixteen for myself! It IS on my bucket list...but there's no harm in dreaming, right?
