Donation Quilts

My friend Darlene D. enjoys making quilts to donate to Victoria's Quilts Canada. An army of volunteers makes quilts to donate to cancer patients throughout Canada and the United States.

I had a couple of quilt tops that I knew I wouldn't finish so I gave them to Darlene. She reworked them so they would be the right size and then another friend Theresa H. quilted them on her longarm. 

I'm thrilled that these quilts will bring comfort and warmth to someone suffering from this horrible disease.
