Yesterday I spent a couple of hours showing how I like to use Lapel Stick when creating collage pieces with ribbons and printed photographs. Lapel Stick is a temporary adhesive that dries clear, is water soluble and won't gum up needles. I like the fact that I don't need to use pins to hold things - they get in the way when I'm stitching and they can leave holes in ribbons and my transferred photographs.
Nancy and Veronica from Lapel Stick filmed the segment at my business partner, Susan's, studio. Susan showed how she uses the product to hold sheer fabrics in place for stitching.
The video will be posted on the Lapel Stick website - I'll let you know when it's available so you can see the project I was working on.
