Playing with Angelina and Crystalina

I wanted to see how these two products differed so I spent a few minutes playing today. Angelina is much finer but the Crystalina is very sparkly. Crystalina on the left and Angelina on the right:


I borrowed Sherrill Kahn's book, Creative Embellishments, from my Guild Library. She talks about Embossed Angelina Embellishments. I couldn't resist trying these out too. Here are the results:

Looks interesting. Do you apply heat to get the dimension.

Yes - you put the Angelina or Crystalina on top of an unmounted rubber stamp. Have a teflon sheet on the bottom and the top and then iron away. The thicker the fibres, the more defined the shape becomes.
